Broken Love

In the darkness of the night,

A heart shattered, a soul in plight.

Love once bloomed, now torn apart,

Leaving behind a broken heart.

Promises made, now left unsaid,

Memories linger, filled with dread.

A love that once burned bright and true,

Now faded, lost in the residue.

Tears fall like rain, a silent plea,

For a love that was never meant to be.

The pain of a love that's gone astray,

Leaving only echoes of yesterday.

But in the broken pieces of love,

There lies a beauty, a gift from above.

For in the pain, there's strength to find,

A new beginning, a heart refined.

So let the broken love be a lesson learned,
